- air pump – I suggest an electric pump with 2 nozzles (amazon buy)
- a hand pump will work but it’ll be a workout
PRO TIP: I recommend making the garland 1-2 days before your party. It will take approximately 1 hour to build. The balloon garland will remain inflated and instagram-worthy for up to 3 weeks!
